DESCRIPTION

Double walled, inner made of stainless steel outer made of thick Mild Steel, the surface of which is powder coated. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Inner chamber is provided with 3 nos. perforated stainless steel shelves with ribs to adjust the shelves at desirable height. Provided with double door inner made of thick transparent full view glass and door is double walled metallic properly insulated with glass wool and also provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels. Temp. Range is from ambient to 60 deg c and is controlled by digital temp. Indicator cum controller with PT- 100 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaining the temp. is maintained with an accuracy of +/- 1 dig c . Heating is done with is mark strip type heaters placed around the inner chamber. Air is circulated by I no. ISI mark silicon winded motors which are connected to balanced blowers. Humidity will be maintained up to 95% with an accuracy of+/- 3% and humidity is generated by imported mist Generator and is controlled with the help of imported Humidistat and is indicated by Round Hygrometer. Humidity is generated through a water reservoir placed in the lower/side portion of the chamber. Provided with on/off switch indicators, digital controller etc.
